Refund Policy

We have a very lenient policy with our refunds because we understand not every skin/hair is the same and not every product is suitable for everyone. If you are unhappy with the product or if the product does not suit you, you might be eligible for a refund under these conditions:

  • You will be eligible under the following circumstances:
  1. You received the wrong product/wrong order
  2. The product you received is broken, damaged or expired
  3. The product does not suit your skin
  4. You are not happy with the results
  • The refund will only be given only if the following criterions are met:
  1. You initiate the refund within 30 days of receiving the order
  2. You return the product via delivery or drop off; delivery charge has to be paid upfront for the return (Exemption for condition no. 1 and 2)
  3. You provide us with a correct payment method to process the refund
