Welcome to Moonskin ("we", "us") at moonskin.co. By accessing or making a purchase on our website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our site or placing an order.
1. Eligibility
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or of the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You also confirm that all personal and payment information you submit is accurate and up to date.
2. Product Offerings & Descriptions
We strive for accuracy in all product imagery, ingredient lists, and pricing. Slight variations may occur due to screen display or evolving inventory. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
3. Orders & Payments
When you place an order, it is subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders due to errors in product descriptions, suspected fraud, or supply issues. All purchases are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may include applicable taxes and shipping fees at checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver throughout Bangladesh. Orders over ৳2000 may qualify for free delivery, subject to promotional terms. Delivery times vary by location. Once an order has been dispatched, delays caused by carriers fall outside our responsibility.
5. Refund & Return Policy
We accept refund and return requests under the following conditions:
- You raise the issue within 7 days of receiving your order
- Your claim falls under one of the eligible reasons: confirmed allergic reaction to an ingredient, adverse skin or scalp reaction, or the product arrived damaged or in poor condition
- "It didn't work for me" is not grounds for a return or refund
How the process works:
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a return address. The product must be returned to us before any resolution is processed. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of damaged or incorrect orders. Once we receive the item, please allow 5 to 7 business days for assessment and resolution.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site including photos, text, and logos is owned by Moonskin or its licensors. No reproduction, modification, or distribution may occur without our express written permission.
7. Health & Usage Disclaimers
Our products are formulated for topical use only and are not intended to diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure any condition. Individual results may vary. We recommend patch testing before full use. Those with sensitive skin or underlying conditions should consult a qualified health professional before use.
8. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

If you create an account, you are responsible for securing your login credentials. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved within the courts of Bangladesh, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection regulations.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates take effect as soon as they are posted online. Continued use of our site following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
