2. Product Offerings & Descriptions

We present our offerings in clear and heartfelt detail—like our 100% organic jojoba-based hair serums and cold-pressed coconut oil from Sri Lanka. While we strive for accuracy in imagery, ingredients, and pricing, slight variations may occur due to screen display or evolving inventory. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders & Payments

When you place an order, it is subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders for reasons such as errors in product descriptions, suspected fraud, or supply issues. All purchases are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may include taxes and shipping fees applicable at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery throughout Bangladesh. Orders over ৳2000 may enjoy free delivery (subject to promotional terms) . Delivery times vary by location—once dispatched, any delay by carriers or customs lies outside our responsibility.

5. Refund & Return Policy

We warmly accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • You initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order 

  • You return the item in original, unused condition unless it's defective, damaged, or incorrect—these are exempt from return shipping charges .

  • Provide valid payment details for refund processing.

Guarantees for specific products (e.g. serum or lip balm):

  • Hair Serum: eligible for 30-day money‑back guarantee if it doesn’t suit you
